I Didn’t Find RTT as a Coach—But as Someone Who Was Hurting
For most of my life, I was surviving instead of truly living. Anxiety, self-doubt, chronic pain, and a deep fear of failure clung to me. I felt stuck, disconnected, and convinced I wasn’t enough.
But something in me kept searching for more—a sense of relief, peace, and freedom I’d never fully felt before. That search began with yoga and, eventually, led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
My Breaking Point
Back in 2020, I was dealing with debilitating back pain. Doctors found nothing structurally wrong, yet the pain was real. I’d just left a toxic job that eroded my confidence, and COVID arrived like a tidal wave of fear and hopelessness.
One day, my back simply gave out. Two and a half years of relentless pain followed, despite seeing chiropractors, physical therapists, and specialists. Nothing worked. When someone gently suggested my pain might be tied to emotional baggage, it was a turning point—because deep down, I wanted to feel like me again.
My First RTT Session: A Game-Changer
Struggling to find answers, I booked an RTT session—figuring if this didn’t help, nothing would. During that session, I was guided into buried emotions and long-standing beliefs, including the feeling that I didn’t want to be here anymore. The dam broke. I cried, I released, and for the first time in years, my back pain eased.
That single session gave me a glimpse of lightness and hope I hadn’t felt in ages. It wasn’t a quick fix, but it set me on a new path—one where I finally understood real change was within reach, and I had the power to come home to myself.
Why I Do This Work
I’m now a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner. But more than that, I’m someone who’s walked through the fog—and found clarity on the other side.
I help you come home to yourself—to reconnect with the version of you that’s always been there, underneath the anxiety, pain, and limiting beliefs. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I see you. You’re not alone. You can feel like you again, and you don’t have to keep living in survival mode.
It’s Not About Quick Fixes
I learned firsthand that real change is a collaborative, ongoing process—and that transformation can be both challenging and incredibly liberating. RTT isn’t a magic trick; it’s a method that helps you unearth the root causes of your struggles and gently rewrite them.
You do the work. I walk beside you. Together, we’ll help you breathe free—and finally feel like yourself again.
